Google 在此次更新了 Google文件中編輯者歷程的搜尋功能，您將可以直接反白文件中的一段文字並右鍵顯示這是由哪個使用者編輯的，讓您更輕鬆的察看最近的編輯者、編輯了什麼、何時編輯等資訊。

反白右鍵點擊，就可以從下拉菜單中選擇查看使用者及版本紀錄

影響用戶

  • 管理員 : 管理員無須更動設定一般使用者 : 對一般使用者沒有影響
  • 一般使用者 : 對一般使用者沒有影響

功能發布時間

更新適用版本

  • 適用於 Business Standard, Business Plus, Enterprise Standard, Enterprise Plus, 及 Education Plus 的用戶
  • 不適用於 Essentials, Business Starter, Enterprise Essentials, Education Fundamentals, Frontline, 免費版,  G Suite Basic 和 Business 用戶
